Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions

 

  1. The Pro Racket Sports Loyalty Program is operated by NorthWest Badminton Inc. (We, Us or Our). By participating in our Loyalty Card Program, you agree to the Terms and Conditions.
  2. The Program is only valid within participating Pro Racket Sports stores within United States.

How do I participate in the Loyalty Program (Badminton)?

  1. All customers are entitled to a free Loyalty Card as part of the normal mode of sale. To Join our free Loyalty Program, you must first collect a Loyalty Card from any participating Pro Racket Sports store.
  2. Upon purchase of any Badminton Stringing Service using our strings, if you present a valid Loyalty Card, one (1) stamp will be awarded per racket stringing service purchased. You cannot receive stamps for any prior purchases.
  3. Upon purchase of any $40.00 or more item (tax excluded), excluding shuttlecock and stringing service fee, if you present a valid Loyalty Card, one (1) stamp will be awarded every $40.00USD spent. You cannot receive stamps for any prior purchases.

  2. Upon purchase of any Tennis Stringing Service using our strings, if you present a valid Loyalty Card, one (1) stamp will be awarded per racket stringing service purchased. You cannot receive stamps for any prior purchases.
  3. Upon purchase of any $40.00 or more item (tax excluded), excluding shuttlecock and stringing service fee, if you present a valid Loyalty Card, one (1) stamp will be awarded every $40.00USD spent. You cannot receive stamps for any prior purchases.

 

How do I redeem my Rewards (Badminton)?

  1. In order to redeem stamps, you must present a valid Loyalty Card at the point of sale.
  2. A Free Stringing Service (Premium String excluded) can be redeemed for free, upon presentation of eleven (11) valid stamps, on the Card Holder’s current or next visit, in any participating Pro Racket Sports stores. The Card Holder must forfeit the eleven (11) stamps on the valid Loyalty Card, upon redemption.
  3. A discounted price Stringing Service on Premium String* can be redeemed upon presentation of eleven (11) valid stamps, on the Card Holder’s current or next visit, in any participating Pro Racket Sports stores. The Card Holder must forfeit the eleven (11) stamps on the valid Loyalty Card, upon redemption.
  4. Two (2) full Loyalty Cards may also be redeemed for a second time free stringing service or discounted stringing service on premium strings*, and another $15.00 in store credit. The $15.00 store credit can be applied on all in-store physical items excluding stringing service, shuttlecocks, balls, or anything below $20.00 per item. 

* Premium string: Yonex Nanogy-95, Yonex Nanogy-98, Yonex Nanogy-99. Yonex Aerobite, Yonex Aerosonic, Yonex Aerobite Boost, Yonex SKYARC

How do I redeem my Rewards (Tennis)?

  1. In order to redeem stamps, you must present a valid Loyalty Card at the point of sale.
  2. A discounted price Stringing Service can be redeemed upon presentation of six (6) valid stamps, on the Card Holder’s current or next visit, in any participating Pro Racket Sports stores. The Card Holder must forfeit the six (6) stamps on the valid Loyalty Card, upon redemption.

Additional Information

    1. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged Loyalty Cards.
    2. Loyalty Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
    3. Loyalty Cards cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or any other rewards. You cannot sell or transfer your Loyalty card to anyone else.
    4. We reserve the right to terminate your membership in our Loyalty Program if we believe you have engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or have failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
    5. We may discontinue our Loyalty Cards in our sole discretion, at no liability to you. If so, we will notify you by publicly posting on our website at https://www.facebook.com/northwestbadmintonshop
    6. We may change these Terms and Conditions or add new Terms and Conditions at any time in our sole discretion. If so, we will publish an updated version on our website at https://www.facebook.com/northwestbadmintonshop. Your continued participation in our Loyalty Program will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
    7. These Terms and Conditions apply to our Loyalty Program in United States and are governed by the appropriate laws.
